The custom mudroom built-ins have been constructed. These will be painted a mid-tone green (Sherwin Williams Dried Thyme) to add an accent color to the home.

The stairs and railing have been expertly crafted to fit our space. We used square balusters and an understated, traditional hand rail to match the rest of the interior trim, which is a blend of craftsman and traditional styles.

The fireplace mantel has been built. The measurements were taken for the porcelain surround and hearth which will be installed next.

All bathroom vanities have been installed. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs and one upstairs.

The custom closet shelving has also been completed, such as the master bathroom linen closet shown in the photo below.

Since the pantry is underneath the stairs, we added custom shelving to maximize the storage. There will be a large vegetable garden on the property, which means that canning storage is a necessity. The shelves on the left side of the pantry will fit a large amount of canning jars in various sizes.

The master bedroom has two walk-in closets. The photo below shows the "his" closet in the master suite with floor to ceiling cube storage.
