GROUNDBREAKING

We have officially broken ground on the house! The footing was dug today and concrete will be poured tomorrow after inspection. We are thankful for the warmer weather this week. The highs are supposed to be in the 60's today and Thursday. No rain is expected until Friday afternoon.

WATER LINE

The water line has also been placed and will be inspected tomorrow. It is over 1,000 feet from the road to the location of the house, so this is a very long trench.

Since we will have a large garden in the front of the property, Matt had an additional hydrant placed in the front. Our peach trees and apple trees will thank us in the spring and summer!
